Am I recovering and therefore becoming passionate about things again? Or is it the other way around?
All I know is I went to the gym yesterday. And today I woke up and got out of bed effortlessly. Instead of skipping breakfast, like I usually do, I made coffee and really enjoyed it. Then, when I got home, instead of having cereal for lunch, I cooked a really healthy lunch. I’m gaining back my passion for health and fitness. Finally!!!!!!
There’s hope. I never believed it until now: there is hope.
