Mondays

They say not to start chasing your goals on a Monday. For example, don’t start dieting on a Monday or you’ll have dropped it by the end of the week. I don’t think that’s true. I have it all planned out.

It’s Monday, you’re rested, I’ve always seen it as a fresh start and if today goes well, the rest will follow.
